Natural Dyes

The plants and flowers we grow are all carefully chosen to produce beautiful, vibrant colours. There’s so much variety in the patterns and colours that are produced from natural dyeing, and we hope to share this excitement with you through our workshops and products.

We sow, grow and tend to all our flowers on the field, farming in a regenerative way with no chemicals or fertilisers. It’s a win-win having so many blooms amongst the veg, encouraging hundreds of beneficial pollinators and insects, increasing the biodiversity of the site.

The flowers are then all picked by hand, dried and packed away ready to use in dye baths or craft packs.

Our shop features a mixture of garments that are responsibly sourced, or handmade by us.

We source our socks and fabrics from independent, local or sustainable businesses, as well as try to use recycled or scrap fibres and fabrics where we can.
